To be permitted to use the Service of www.Upload.TC , you have to read the following 6 terms and conditions completely and you have to agree to them:
1. Claim of free service
You cannot claim the using of the service for free and the operator is able to debar the user from the service. The operating company assumes no liability, if the online-offer isn‘t accessible.
2. Forbidden content
The user is solely responsible for his published contents. He affirms to publish not any contents at www.Upload.TC, that infringes upon a applicable law or upon agreements with a third party. This is especially imperative for offending, bawdy, racist, threatening, bothering, defaming and carnal accentuated contents. The user affirmes emphatically, that the supply and the publishing of the contents don’t violate the German law, especially the copyrights, the data privacy laws and the competition laws. The operating company reserves himself the right to exept all data from saving at the server, for any reason also without giving an annotation. The operating company has no obligation for controling the lawfulness of the data.
3. Data protection
All information of personal data are optional and are kept in confidence. The data won’t be relayed to third persons.
4. Newsletter
The user has to affirm, that he is agreeable of getting informed about news in irregular intervals by declaring his e-mail adress.
5. Appliction of programs
The user is bound by contract, not to use any programs or bots, which affect the uploading in any way.
6. Changes
The operating company is entitled to change the terms and conditions anytime. If the user doesn’t agree with this, he will be debarred of our online-offer in the future.

Uploading adult content is forbidden. Files are deleted when inspected and the user gets banned. No payment will be due to content not obeying our term of service.
Both adult content uploading and linking at adult content sites is forbidden. Files are deleted and accounts are closed.
